The applicant agrees to apply for membership in the Unii Online Club of the Company and agrees to allow the Company to issue a membership number to the applicant for use in communication and connection between the applicant and the Company until the cancellation or termination of the applicant's membership, where the applicant must comply with the terms and conditions specified by the Company throughout the duration of the Unii Online Club membership.

      1) Apply online via the Unii Recycle Mobile Application.
      2) Other channels specified by the Company.
    7. The Company reserves the right only to those who fill in the information correctly and completely according to the specified conditions.
    8. The Company reserves the right and discretion to change the membership terms and conditions without prior notice.
    9. In the event of any disputes or conflicts, the applicant agrees, acknowledges, and understands that the Company has the authority to investigate and resolve disputes or conflicts, and the Company's decision shall be final.
    10. The applicant accepts and is bound by the terms and conditions of the Unii Online Club membership specified by the Company at the time of application and including any future amendments, without prior notice from the Company.

    Ownership of Information

    Your access and use of the Unii Online Club signifies your agreement to be bound by all laws and/or regulations of Thailand, including the terms and service policies of Unii Online Company Limited (referred to as “the Company”). You agree and acknowledge that the Company is the sole owner and has exclusive rights to all information and content displayed through all channels of the Company, regardless of the form of such information. You also acknowledge that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not current with the present situation or facts. The Company has the exclusive right to amend or change the information without your consent and without prior notice. In any case where your use of the information results in any costs or damages to you, the Company shall not be liable for such costs or damages under any circumstances.

    Copyright and Trademarks

    All copyrights, trademarks, symbols, service marks, and trade names displayed on all channels of the Company are the sole property of the Company. The Company also holds the exclusive rights to use various trademarks.

    Point Accumulation and Membership Levels

    1. Members can check the terms and conditions for using benefits on the Unii Recycle Application and other channels specified by the Company.
    2. Benefits cannot be exchanged, changed, or converted into cash.
    3. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for using benefits without prior notice.

    Membership Cancellation Terms

    2. The Company reserves the right to cancel membership in the event of fraud in the use of benefits.
    3. Membership status has no expiration date until the member submits a cancellation request or is canceled by the Company without prior notice.
    4. The cancellation of membership results in the immediate cancellation of all accumulated points held by the member, and the Company has no obligations, debts, or duties to pay any compensation for the accumulated points to the member, and the member cannot claim any rights from the Company.
    5. The applicant acknowledges and understands that the Company has the right to refuse the applicant's membership application or can cancel membership status as the Company deems appropriate, without prior notice.

    Language

    This membership application terms, regardless of the language in which it is prepared, is provided for the convenience of the applicant only. In the event of any conflict between the Thai version and any other language, the Thai language version shall prevail.

    Governing Law

    This membership application terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Severability

    If any provision of this membership application terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
